Ruth Mort

I first starting diving in 2009; I trained in the Maldives and I loved it, although I was extremely nervous I wanted to do something different on holiday and Scuba Diving seemed to be the answer.
I look back now in awe at the Oceans and Seas I have dived in including Egypt, Cyprus, Malta, Iceland, Scotland and the UK to name a few destinations, but the list of dives to do is getting longer!! The sensation of the water is a therapy for all it's in our DNA. Scuba Diving has changed my life, I thought I wanted to work above the water but not any more I want to share the passion I have for being under the water with everyone.
I personally think it is the only place on this planet all humans are really equal, able bodied or disabled; it's a place to find you, somewhere to really detach yourself from the earths rat race, there are no telephone, TV's or iPads and I can guarantee once you have mastered the skills required you too will all enjoy the experiences Scuba Diving has to offer.
As a Fully Qualified Instructor I can begin your journey to freedom.

I started diving in 2005, and I have completed nearly 400 dives, I am a PADI DSDL (Discover Scuba Dive Leader) I get enjoyment out of seeing the smiles on new divers faces when they put their face underwater for the first time and I like passing in my experience to newly qualified divers too.
I have dived all around the world and my favourite dive was Elphinstone reef in Egypt diving with hammerhead sharks.
I am also qualified in Deep, Wreck, Nitrox, Navigation, Drysuit, O2 Provide, night specialities, Open Water, Advanced Diving and Rescue Diving.

My favourite dive is hard to name. Each dive is a whole new adventure and it is this that I crave, the thrill of a new adventure every time I descend into the blue.
See you in the water!

Andy Atkinson
I have been diving since 2009 and have completed just over 600 dives. I originally got into SCUBA diving through a work friend who used to speak highly of the sport. I learnt to dive at the Delph Water sports center in September 2009 and fell in love with the hobby / sport from the first time my face entered the water. I quickly progressed and gained my Advanced open water diver course in early 2010. Since this time I have moved up to PADI assistant instructor and have enjoyed helping people in the water and sharing the experience that I love so much.
From 2012 I became interested in the world of technical diving and currently hold qualifications to be able to safely dive to depths of up to 55m using Nitrox as a DECO gas. I am also trained in both the Inspiration Vision and the Sentinel Expedition Rebreather units. This has opened up a whole new way of bubble free diving which is an experience all of its own.
Thanks to my job which is Navigation officer on a cruise ship I have had the luxury of diving in many different countries and even worked with the cast of Hollyoaks as a safety diver.

Lucy
I've been diving for just over three years after getting a open water referral for a Christmas present. My favourite place to dive is definitely the UK as this allows me to get out all year round and I've made some great friends along the way. My best dive so far was El Puertito in Tenerife where we spent nearly an hour in shallow water watching a family of turtles move and play around us. Amazing! My specialities are:
PPB
Deep
Dry suit
John
Hi I'm John and I've been diving for 3-4 years. I enjoy diving regularly, both in the UK and when I get the opportunity on holiday. My most memorable dive was my first UK sea dive at the Farne Islands, Northumberland, playing with seals and spending the weekend in good company. I can often be found at Eccleston Delph, catching up with friends and enjoying breakfast. My specialities are PPB, Deep, Dry suit & Sidemount.
